How far is the beach?

The wide sandy beach of Armação de Pêra is approximately 700 metres from Nossa Casa. The beach, promenade, restaurants, cafés and shops are all within easy walking distance.

How many guests can stay in the apartment?

Nossa Casa accommodates up to 6 guests. The apartment has two bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

How are the bedrooms arranged?

The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds, each 2.10 metres long. There is also a sofa bed in the living room with proper mattresses.

How many bathrooms are there?

The apartment has two full bathrooms, making it particularly convenient for families or two couples travelling together.

Is the swimming pool private?

No. Nossa Casa has access to a large shared swimming pool for residents and guests, as well as a separate children’s pool.

Is parking available?

Yes. The apartment comes with private parking spaces for our guests.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes. Nossa Casa has hot and cold air conditioning, making the apartment comfortable both in summer and during the cooler months.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

Is there a lift?

Yes. The building has a lift.

How does check-in work?

You will be personally welcomed by Maria, who will hand over the keys and explain the practical details of the apartment.

Who can I contact during my stay?

You can contact me directly with any questions before your stay. Once you are there, Maria is also available to help with practical questions during your holiday.

Can I book directly?

Yes. When you book through our website, you have direct contact with the owner, without an anonymous rental agency or call centre.
